Hi missmaexox!
1. Do I need to fill out a customs form?
No, as RYAN J. said, you don't have to unless the package is bigger than 11x14.

I always send overseas as I'm in South Africa, but it's just as easy as sending domestic - the only difference is the postage! {thumb2}
2. Do I NEED to write 'Airmail'?
The post office would normally give you a free blue "AIRMAIL" sticker to put on the envelope, but you can handwrite it too. But, I think most mail get shipped via airmail aboard, so even if it doesn't say "AIRMAIL" on your envelope, it should be shipped via plane (well, that's at least how it works in SA!).
3. How many stamps do I need for this: 5x8 envelope with 5x8 SAE, letter, photo, and Q&A?
I would add around
3x 41c stamps - from the US to SA it is 3. So, from the USA to the UK, it will be the same.
Hope this helps!

Good luck writing to Robert - he's amazing! {love}
Regards!
