Like Nich said, the number one thing is to be polite. Don't be aggressive with them - there are a lot of companies that are not liable to give out any information at all whether it be due to a private set or something else. Most will be willing to help you the best they can, but they really don't have to tell you anything. Try to get to the point of the reason you're calling them and then thank them for their time after you've spoken to them. That's all.

Good luck!

Larisie :)

Hey thebucch :)

First of all the most essential thing; be polite {up} I know it's their job to provide you with information but they'll probably be more eager.. well... willing to answer your questions more if you speak politely to them :)

Ask questions e.g. Hi, I was wondering if...
Would it be possible if...

etc. etc.

And then say thank you :mrgreen:

Good luck! {thumb2}
