Well realisticly speaking the mangement at the venue should know when that signer is performing
But it's still a good idea to indicate "Please hold for________until/on_________"
Write it on the
outside on the envelope. I am writing my first VV tomorrow in the US and I wrote it on the back of the envelope
Basically somewhere on the envelope where they can see!
Don't put it inside as you'll want the person handling what's inside your mail to be the celebrity themself
