You can probably go on that person's website, for example if you want to get a Miley Cyrus autograph, you can go on

You can probably find more by googling "autograph conventions in ______" Look up large cities, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, etc.

I have a quick question, how can I find or know about any AUTOGRAPH CONVENTIONS in the US ? Is there any website for TV show and movies conventions ??!!
