Your SSAE can be the same size as the outer envelope. Its what i do. I fold a C5 envelope and put it in my C5 envelope. {up}

Hey there,

This all depends on how fast the celebrity you wrote to manages and goes through they're mail. It can be anywhere from days,weeks or months. I would just be patient.

If your asking about how long it takes a letter to reach it's destination after being mailed. I would say anywhere from 7-14days.

I have no idea who that is! Sorry. :oops: So I can't give you any advice on if you will get a response or not.

Since you live in Canada the US will deliver mail that was originally posted in Canada with Canadian Stamps. The US Postal Service WILL NOT send a letter from the US to Canada with Canadian stamps. In order for the USPS to mail a letter from the US, there must be US Postage on the letter.

also I live in Canada and sent it to the U.S do they accept mail with Canadian stamps?

It really depends on the celeb. Chances are, they did get your letter. Sometimes they might be nice enough to reply to you without the SASE or stamps. It's not really likely, but it may happen. I would wait and see if you get a response in 4 months or so, and if you don't have a response, then re-write but use a SASE or IRC.

I recently sent a letter to a celebrity but since it was my first time I didn't know to include SASE or IRC stamps
is it likely that they got the letter or should I send it again but include those things?

You could have a look on the 'Sale and Exchance' fourm here on fanmail because there are people who sell IRC's or exchange them for stamps/autographs.
You cant really tell if you will get a reply or not so you will just have to be patient.

Hello I am new here,I sent a registered letter to Rob Pattinson last week but with only a SAE included because it the post office they said that they no longer had IRC.Do you think I would get a reply back???And also had should I do now that I can not find IRC???
