[b]If you have included enough IRCs in your envelope to cover the postage back to where you live then you dont need to include stamps. Include one or the other. If you cant find IRCs, include UK stamps [/b]

ok maybe someone can clear things up for me. I just need to know when sending something over sea do u still need the stamps even though i paid for the irc? i paid about 4.18 to have my letter mailed to the uk for robert pattison.
