Instead of UK stamps on your SAE, you use US stamps.

Calculate the cost here:
www.usps.com

or obtain $1/$5 bills from a bank, post office or travel agent which you place inside.

Then seal everything in the envelope to celeb and take to Post Office, who will weigh it and charge you the correct amount of postage.

If you prefer to use UK stamps you have already then weigh the envelope yourself (kitchen scales) and calculate price at www.royal-mail.com

Hi,

I have been collecting autographs for about 4 years now and I have always sent autographs requests to celebritys in the UK as that's where I am from. I have always wanted to send autograph requests outside of England to the USA but never really understanded how to. If someone could tell me how that would really help me out!
