The terms "first class", "second class", "large letter" and "letter" stamps aren't applicable for Overseas mail

They are only for internal mail, as in a First Class stamp will get your letter to its destination in one day, using either a regular stamp or a "large letter" stamp, depending on size of the letter. A Second Class will get there in 2-3 days.
For international mail, the only thing you need to worry about is the price, in this case £1.05. You can use any combination of stamps (class or unclassed) as long as it covers this price. Simply stick your stamps on, and write "Par Avion - By Airmail" on the top left corner.
You can get unclassed stamps in many denominations e.g. £1, 50p, 20p, 5p, 2p, 1p. As classed stamps are easier to come by, I'll list the prices of them for you
1st Class Regular - 39p
1st Class Large - 61p
2nd Class Regular - 30p
2nd Class Large - 47p
