I would call it a normal sized letter. It should weigh an ounce so one 0.44 stamps should cover it.

It will be a thick, non-machinable envelope and you would need to put extra postage on the 5x7 envelope. Two first-class stamps should be fine. Hope this helps {thumb2}

How much would it cost to send out:

1 5x7 envelope with a 9x12 SASE?

I am sending it out within the U.S. if that helps.
