Hello. Hope fully I can help you out
A forever stamp is sort of like the UK's 1st class stamp or Canada's Permanent stamps. It has a set price and whether or not prices go up, you can still use them.
Forever stamps are worth 44 cents I believe. To send something from the U.S. to the UK is 98 cents for a regular envelope that weighs 1 ounce.
If you are using forever stamps, I would put 3 on your return envelope for regular sized envelopes.
Large envelopes under 1 ounce cost 1.24 to send to the UK.
As for buying US stamps. There are a few people on the board who are selling them. If you look under the Autographs for Sale thread you might find somebody who is selling them
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me
Good Luck
