For me, I use the same style of letter I just change it for the certain person. I also make sure to ask a questions; in case they MIGHT answer with a letter, they have a question to answer. :)

HI,

I am very new to this forum. I just signed up today. I still can't believe I didn't find this forum sooner. I am a bit disappointed in myself.

Any ways, what do you include in your letters to your artist/celebrity/athlete, etc.? Do you use the same letter for each person? I tried searching a bit, but I didn't find it. Still new. I have to get accustomed with the forum. Everything is new, so all I do is search and read, search and read.
