http://photo2.walgreens.com/ to upload the photo's. Walgreens gives you option to enhance and crop photo's. You can order the photo's online and pick them up at the nearest Walgreens, or have them mailed to you. You can order your photo's in a glossy finish, or a matte finish. It is very easy to use. Walgreens have some of the most competitive prices around.

Walgreens lets you do this? Aren't there copyright restrictions? I had to explain to Kinko's that I was printing out a picture that I didn't take, to mail to a friend, and Staples refuses to print anything. I haven't tried CVS.
