To be honest, Miley isnt a very good signer {down}
I think she has even stopped signing now :cry:

Last year i sent a letter to MILEY CYRUS and that was last year!!! i still didnt get it back and it's been like 11 months!!! I need some help! Can someone tell me why it's taking so long!!!
