You can send your own photo if there is a particular photo that you would liked signed. I don't see why it would cause any trouble. In some cases, Sending your own photo might increase your chances of a success.

International Reply Coupons are one way to pay for postage. You can also get a hold of some of the countries stamps that you are sending to. In this case, I would think it would be US stamps. You can buy or trade for US stamps in the

Wanted forum. It wouldn't offend the person because you are just being courteous.
