A LOR is a letter of request, or a letter that states you would like an autograph from a certain person.

You have to physically update that number. It will not do it itself.

You can search the database for a person that you are interested in and view their past feedback. You increase your chance of getting a success if you send a self-addressed envelope with your requests. :)
