I had a quick look through the feedback for Marg Helgenberger and it seems that she sends a preprinted autograph, which is a reproduction of an original autograph.

You can obtain one of these PP's by sending to this email address:
{star} marghelgenberger@studiofanmail.com

Just send your address and you should receive the preprinted photo after a while.

Alternatively, it appears that someone received back an autograph from Marg by sending to an address from the database. Perhaps if you provide a photo to be signed and send it along with a letter of request (LOR) and self addressed stamped envelope. (SASE) If you send an SASE, it will need stamps of the country it is being sent from on the envelope, so in this case, American stamps. If you can't get hold of US stamps, you can include a self addressed envelope, along with a few International Reply Coupons (IRC), which can be exchanged for stamps from the country it is being sent from. :)
