When sending to a musician/band via a concert venue use Ticketmaster. http://www.ticketmaster.com/ This site provides all addresses, just click on the venue you would like to send to!

You can request your VV address at Add / Request a 'Via Venue' Address <<arrow$
Also, it might be good to check Current and Upcoming Productions board <<arrow$ as there are posted many movie set addresses.
