In this situation, you should include postage and something for the player to send the shirt back to you in. IRC's are a good option in this circumstance if you can't get English stamps. instead of including stamps for a SASE, you can always include a IRC, International Reply Coupon, with is like exact same thing as a Stamp but for international purposes.
i have never wrote to wayne so i dont know which address to send to.
