Hi minigal!
irish_angel already answered your question ;) I just wanted to add you can read more about VV at these topics (just click on the title):
What do I have to send via-venue?
Production Terms
Venues that do/don't pass on fanmail
And also some questions that were asked in the past:
How do you know when to send to VV?
If it's going for a concert, you send it that it comes 3 days before (that's how some people do and I heard it helps) and you can write on the envelope (some people do it on back, some on the front side, I always write it at the front side so it's easy to see): Please hold on for ____________ on _____(date of preforming).
How do you get the info?
You can get the info of the concerts on bands/singer's offical website where they post their tour dates. Otherwise you can use The Internet Movie Database. There you type actor's name and you can see if he is filming any movie at the moment. After you can use search engine on fanmail.biz which is at the top of the page. There you check if anyone before you requested an address of that movie. If not, you can request it at: viewforum.php?f=124 <<arrow$ (there you can also request VV addresses for concerts). You can find many movie addresses and filming dates (filming dates are usually posted in the same topic as addresses) here: viewforum.php?f=120 <<arrow$
Hope this helps a bit {thumb2}
Good luck!
Urša
