I can't recall if [i]This Morning[/i] or [i]The Alan Titchmarsh Show[/i] (ITV) pass on mail. How about [i]Live from Studio Five[/i], anyone tried that?

Another question: how long is acceptable to wait from studios or [b]one-off[/b] dates? I'm not sure whether to send again or whether this might be taken as a bit cheeky (obviously not intentional).
