At the bottom of the page you can write 'Please turn over' {up}

One simple way is to write the word "OVER" at the bottom of the page. I would, however, suggest that (with out first hand knowledge of what you are writting) that you try to cut down the content of your letter. I have found that brevity when writing to celibrities gets good results. I have for years kept my requests either snail or e-mail to less than a full page.

I have written a whole page but there are still few words on the back. So how can I say to remind the celeb of those words on the back of the paper?
