Hi Heyheyyou!
I know it's frustrating, but what you have to remember is that sometimes artists are just really, really busy. Sometimes they don't get into a city until 5 or 6AM and have to be up to do press stuff at 1 or 2PM, sound check after that and then meet and greet with fans before the actual concert takes place. I worked at a venue that hosted the American Idol tour and their schedule was pretty much booked from the time they got into the city until they left. Artists may only have time to sign one or two vv autographs at a time. It's all about patience. I usually just send my request and forget about it, that way when I do receive something it's a surprise. Hang in there!
