Thanks...

the postman that picks up my mail said i was about .33 cents short or something...

all i had was a 6x9 manilla envelope with a SASE and LOR

he said he'd take care of it... but still... :oops:

dfreely is right about the stamps:
a 0.44 stamp (or a forever stamps) is the right price for a 6X9. I have found that I can put 2 4X6 photos in a 6X9 SASE and it only needs 1 stamp. I think the playbills would be the same as well, one stamp.

On my 9X12 SASEs I put 0.88. That is the cost for 1 ounce to another address in the USA. If there is cardboard or anything else in it will weigh more and that price is 1.05.

Hope this helped. Feel free to pm me if you need more stamp help. {thumb2}

One stamp is good for a 6x9 envelope because it still qualifies for "letter" size.

As for the SASE, three is good for a 8x10. I'm not sure about the 6x9 though.

so...

if i put an 8x10 SASE into a 6x9 envelope... can i just put 1 stamp on the 6x9?

i only have a LOR and the SASE...

what do you think?

thanks!

**also for other sizes... in general if i only request a photo... how many stamps should i use on an 8x10 SASE... what about a 6X9 (photos not playbills)

although i did hear someone mention that they only use ONE .44 stamp on their playbills SASE...

much help would be appreciated...

*i live in the us and use forever stamps
