You can use any paper you want to print your pictures {up}
High quality photo printing paper would look better but normal white printing paper is fine too :D

Well If Your Sending Your Own Pic. You Can Use ANY KINDA Pic You Want To...But You Dnt Have To Send a Pic If You Dnt Want To....You SHOULD Send a Pic if Ur Sending To a Venue BUT If Your Sending a an Agency or Some Place Like That Then You Dnt Have To send a Pic. If You want To, YOU CAN! :) :)

Sometimes I Do REGULAR Computer Paper And I Print Them On GLOSSY PAPER @ Walmart...lol.

I want an autograph from a celebrity, and can we use normal computer paper when we send the picture for them to sign, or do we have to use a special paper?

-By normal computer paper, I mean white scratch paper.

Please post back, I really need help ASAP!
