You need to know the weight of the returned envelope.

That table will tell you how much that weight costs. First class stamps cost 39p, second class costs 30p. You can buy either and use as many will cover the cost of the letter.

What type of the UK stamps would be enough to send-back a request + a 8x10 photo? (from UK to Europe) http://www.royalmail.com.

Need to know what kind of stamps to order. Clueless how the UK mail system works..
