I'm sorry, but those stamps cannot be used on letters. They went out of use in 1971, when the currency was decimilised! Where did you get them from?

Use the page Paigey012 posted, those stamps are legal and can be used to mail something. I'm sure a German member will explainin more detail should you need it.

The price ammount of stamps (eg: £1, 50p, £2..) cover the whole cost of postage and you can also get 1st class and 2nd class stamps. 1st class stamps are worth 39p and they usually get delivered to the destination your sending to faster. 2nd class stamps are worth 30p and they take a little bit longer to arrive at your destination.

But what do these stamps meaning???

Please help me! I would write to many English actors and actresses. :D
