To buy them here they are £1.10... however if you were to exchange one for stamps they are only worth 62p. Therefore, Maximdubinin would need to include three.

Well, if you know the weight of your materials, you can check Royal Mail's website for exact rates

An IRC I believe is worth only 62p in the UK.. could be wrong though.

Hello! Could anyone tell me how many ircs i need to send to get a reply from UK? I live in russia and to recive a letter from uk, i need about 1.60 pouds (stamps).
The letter is no more then 100gr
