go to www.google.com and click on 'Images' type the name of the celeb your looking for and select your photo size as 'LARGE' or 'extra LARGE'. {up} I find 90% of mine that way.

Where can you find photos online? Like photos that are ok to get printed and sent to them to autograph?

some agencies dont like when you send unsolicitated material (Like cd's and photos) so watch what agencies you send photos to becasue they will just throw it out...and you dont wanna wait all that time for nothing...

but otherwise good luck {up}

I do not think I will ever send a cd because I would worry about never getting it back, but I thought it was usual for you to send a photo when requesting an autograph? How do you know where you should and where you shouldnt send a photo? when I look up people on fanmail it always seems to say that you should send a photo and a sase ??
Yea i do send photos BUT only for via venue MEANING when someone is on TOUR (like britney spears) i send stuff to an arena....thats what my photos are for. But i never send a photo to an agency because the celeb will send you a photo of their own. i got a couple of letters back saying that "..this agency can not accept your unsolicitated material...and then they would send your photo and the sase back and your stuff would be unsigned..so just be careful on how many photos you send to an agency..

HINT: if i were you i would just send a letter and a sase :) but you can do what you want.
and if you send a photo, you should call the agency first and ask them...cause there is nothing like waiting for a reply from that person and getting your stuff back unsigned..lol

Good Luck.

I think I will just have to go and print on a self service booth then, does anyone know if I have to load the pictures onto a certain type of disk or can it be the same type that I save word documents onto?

Images that are copyrighted are often stated in it's IPTC metadata or simply watermarked onto the image itself. Though, even if an image file has neither, it might still be copyrighted since the metadata could have been modified or removed by someone else.

But even if images are copyrighted, most photo printing companies don't really bother checking if it is, so you can get away with it. Sorta like downloading MP3s and movies.

This is not true at all.

Just because you don't see a copyright doesn't mean they are in the public domain. Photos often get modified, it's easy enough to do. I don't have a problem with using such an image for an autograph request -- as long as it isn't going to be sold.
