Im in a similar situation, Im in the Uk and want to buy American stamps but cant find anywhere online to get them!

No. I e-mailed to their CS and they told me [b]they accept international buyers[/b]. They said "Of, course, you can buy from our online store. Please place your orders now." I ordered some stamps and I got them after a week (i live in the Philippines).

That's really weird. I saw Royal Mail's website and was considering buying from them, but I sent an e-mail to make sure that Americans can buy stamps. I received a response saying, and I quote, "Of course you can purchase stamps from us!". I never got around to actually buying them yet, but I guess it's for the best.
