im in montreal quebec canada will it be harder to send letter to celeb out of canada? and the ircs how will i do this? what stamp to use etc..

IRCs are cuppons will be used by the receiver to purchase stamps. (In this case, UK stamps) .You can buy them at the post office, and you should put them into the envelope of your SAE. Sending IRCs or money it's the same. It's up to you :)

Hi! I am going to be sending a fan letter to the Uk and I will be sending my own photos 5x7. I do not know anything about buying IRC's how does it work should I attach it to my letter??? Were can I find them? Does the weight matter? Is it better to include USA money? I mailing from the USA:) Thanks again.
