.. im sending a letter to the USA from Ireland

is 2 A4 pages too long for a letter?
and would someone mind telling me just everything i need to include if i want something sent back..
and how many IRCs to include and what size envelope?

If you live in the USA, you use USA stamps to send mail. Only use UK stamps if you are using a SASE

US postage does not work in the UK? Go figure.

You should us U.S. postage to England (or another country) from the U.S.

If i wanted to send to the UK would i have to use IRC's or could i use US stamps? but im not having them send me something back.
