The majority of post offices have already changed to the new IRC's. If plan on buying IRC's before Thursday of this week, I would still check the back of the IRC's before you buy them and make sure the are the new one's! ;-) You wouldn't want to buy IRC's that are about to expire in the next week!

The new edition are already out in many places, but it would probably be best to specify when you are at the post office that you want the ones that expire in December 2013. :)

They're already out :) You can't get old ones anymore as far as I know (at least not here, in Slovenia);)

Hiya Im from the UK and I want to buy some IRCS but it will be expired on 31st December.

Does anyone know when the new ones come out?? january 2010???
