Some celebs will never sign something you send, they'll throw away or return your picture and send their own, some will always sign the stuff you send and will never provide a pic. When I write to someone, I read at least the last 5 successes, it lets me know if I should send something or not, and it lets me know if they sign authentically, PP, AP, or Sec, taking the time to read up on someone is worth the time. If you need something to send, I'm kind of fond of sending DVD sleeves, the other thing I'll do is find a picture searching on Google Images or Flickr, and print them up through Snapfish.com, that works too. I don't have a printer either but I seem to be able to work around that.

I agree with this.
And if you need a picture and you're desperate for one... maybe another family member could print them off for you, cut them out from a magazine, include an index card, etc etc.

I have a questions, are we always obliged to put photos so that the stars dedicate them? Or we can put nothing and the star to whom wrote sends us one?

I ask you for that because I have no photos and if I print them it is not of very good quality or you have the other ideas to make or find photos
