Hello :) Yes that is how you would write it. Just make sure you write the venue's full address and not just the name of the venue {up}
You may also want to write "Please hold for: (celebrities name here) for concert on: (concert date here)" at the bottom of the envelope just to ensure there are no confusions at the venue. Good luck with your request :)
