If you doing it from photo shop, just make your document size 8x10 and import the photo you want, copy/paste it onto your template and resize it till it fills up most of the 8x10 space. You may need to crop some after you print, but if you have a cutter it should be no problem.
You can use regular photo paper, but that tends have more problems with the autographs smearing when the celeb puts them back in the SASE. You can also use heavy duty white cardstock.
