As post from the US to the UK takes around 5 days (First Class), and you want it there about 3-4 days in advance of the event, I'd suggest sending 10-14 days prior to the event.

yes you should send it about 2-3 weeks before as you live in the usa to allow it time to get there and to makw sure it is there on time

Hi! If I am planning on sending some things to a venue in the Uk how far ahead should I send it before the performance? The performance is May 3rd I believe. Thanks again.I live in the USA
