arrowsup answered your questions so I am glad that all worked out. As far as I know US stamps don't expire (does any countries stamps expire?), but when the price goes up, you will have to add more stamps to your letters to cover the increase (unless you have used the forever kind, not the ones you have).

Good luck. {up}

The international rate to send a large envelope (weighing up to 3 oz.) to the Netherlands is US$2.92

The stamps are valid and you will need to either use 10 - $.32 stamps or 9 of the $.32 stamps and a $.04 stamp

Hello everyone,

With a lot of trouble I finally found US stamps for the SASE.
But they gave me $0.32 Us stamps from 1997. Please tell me can I use these?
How much stamps do I need too send a photo to the Netherlands (Europe) from Usa in a large envelope?
