Hi ck
You put your own country's stamps on the front of your main envelope, but if you want to include the return postage as well, you need to buy a couple of IRCs (International Reply Coupons) from your local post office.
You enclose those with your letter and your SAE, and the celeb can then exchange the IRCs in the country you are writing to for postage stamps.
Unfortunately, the Royal Mail (the UK's postal service) will not sell postage stamps outside of the UK (not even from their website).
Hope this helps,
Ian
