That's what I do-first I mention that I already wrote to this person before. And at that point I also thank for the autograph I received and tell how much I appreciate it. So yes, I'd do that. But it's up to you.

I think I don't write it correct: I mean not one letter with "Thanks" and than another letter because a autograph request. I mean that I write in the letter "Thanks for signed" and than after them write in the same letter for a autograph request.

I think it would be a good idea to wait about a year or so before sending again. By that time he'll probably forget that he already signed for you. I wouldn't mention that you sent to him before, just write an all-new letter and send as if you had never sent to him before.

I would say you sent before because he might remember anyways,I just wouldnt request another autograph.I would also say thanks for the autograph.

I wrote to Jim Belushi in August and received my pictures personalized signed back in September. He's my favourite actor and now I would write a second time to him. But, should I write that I wrote to him a few months ago? Should I say first "Thank you"?
