I use fansites and picture forums myself.. Google is really only good as a last resort.

I use google images too, or celebrity fan sites. I often google the celebrity and find a good quality fan site, most of them have high quality stills or photo shoot photos.

Buy A Photo printer and print them out yourself thats what i do.

Once you have the photo you want on a disk, take it to the store and the machine will ask you what size you want it printed.

Their main section sells photos for US$5.99.

www.moviemarket.com and www.moviemarket.uk is another site with both US and UK locations and their inventory seems to be all priced at US$5.99
