I dont think that would work. paying for the postage in your country would be the same as putting your own countrys stamps on it, which wont work.

I would like to know, if it is possible to write on the return envelope PAID BY RECIPIENT and pay for postage here in Czech republic.

It is sometimes really hard to get UK, US or CA stamps and international reply coupons are not exactly cheap here.
