I've had some replies on MySpace from the stars themselves.

Do you mean for example teenies which Angus T. Jones of Two and a Half Men (http://www.myspace.com/real_angustjones) and not so famous actors and so on how Adrian R'Mante (http://www.myspace.com/thesuitelife_esteban)? :D

Dont know about actors.. I've only had replies from up and coming song artists via MySpace.
I think MySpace is better for getting in touch with artists than Facebook.

I personally have never had any luck with Myspace. One thing you might want to consider is that most actors, singers, etc don’t actually run their myspace page. It is something setup by their record company or the studio and the celeb really has no connection with the page. Then there are also pages that are made to look real- but are mostly a fan page.

A tip: Search for your celebrity’s official web page on google (most have one), then scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says “contact”. Send them an email asking for an autograph, and always offer to pay postage and any other fees. This has worked for me with many "B" and "C" list celebrities- and 99% of the time I didn't have to pay anything at all! Some will ask you to send them a SASE, or a small fee though. I don't mind paying a few dollars if the celebrity is worth it- but that's up to you.

Thanks for this information. But I still have three questions:

1. For Example Leah Remini (I have her autograph, but only as example):
http://searchservice.myspace.com/index. ... srchBy=All
I know it's a German link, but you can see that there are ten or more profiles of her - which is the correct one? :)

2. And how's with private things how the age, location and so on - can I adjust it, that this things not display in my profile?

3. Is it 100% free?
1 the best way o know if its official is if theres a link to it on their website, if they dont have a site, it can be difficult to figure out whats real and whats not

2 Im not sure if you can hide your info, but Ive seen a lot of people just set their age at 100,

3 yes it's free, I use it mainly to check out the music profiles, I think Ive only got one autograph from there

So is it profitable to register there?
I don't have a myspace page but I do have facebook. Out of all the stars I have contacted through that (probably more than 12), only one responded--but that was a nice success, so it is up to you if you want to register.

You have to have a myspace account to send someone a message there.
When I've sent requests via myspace before, I was either ignored, or promised autographs which I never received.
