For future reference, please use the search bar at the top of the page when you are looking for an address, to see if it is already listed.

If you cannot find US stamps or IRC, see if you can buy some American dollars at your local currency exchange. $3 should cover it, or you can't get singles, a $5 note.

Thank you very much {??} ,I will try that.Yeah I'm really hoping to get one for my siss,that's the least I can do for her. I'm not expert in sending these,but I know the first time I wrote him i didn't put stamp in envelope,or money,i didn't know I had to :( My postal office don't have IRC, so what can I put instead?
