Oh you're from Norway! I just met some great Norwegians this weekend in Planica :mrgreen: Okay, that's off topic.
It depends on the size of the envelope you use. For C5 envelopes you'd need 0.98$ stamps, if you're sending C4 envelope you'd need 2.08$. I will edit my post later with two very useful website links that I use to calculate how much I'd need.
Where to buy them? I'd advise you to buy it from FM users. It's hard to get them otherwise. Links of some topics:
