I would just put "Please hold until 4/6." As long the envelope is addressed to Taylor Swift, they'll know who it's for.

I would say to tell them to hold it until the first show, 4/6. Once Taylor and her entourage get to the venue, the Pepsi Center will probably just pass all of her fanmail on to them. Then they can deal with it.

I'm sending a request to Taylor Swift VV. Her preformance is on April 6th AND 7th. What do I write on the envelope, to tell them to hold it until a date, because there are two dates? Thanks!
