Hello! You don't HAVE to, but I would highly recommend it :) But if you are short on funds/time, I would just take a gamble and send without return postage

Hello! This might need to be moved to a different forum, but yes, you should send return postage, ideally an SASE. You need to write your own address on an envelope, affix the right stamp(s), and include it with your request. Good luck! : )
