Here is would I say:

"You're such a great actress/singer/actor/etc. and I would be so happy if you could sign my photo I have sent. It would be such an honor to have your autograph!"

I always ask at my wrap up and usually goes something like this

"Thank you very much for taking the time to read this letter, I have also enclosed a photo, and if it isn't to much trouble, could you please autograph it? It would mean a lot to me! Thanks again."

Yeah, mine's similar to this--something like, "If it's not too much trouble, could you do me a favor and please send me an autographed picture/sign this picture and send it back to me? I would cherish it forever. Thanks so much in advance!".

I am writing to someone and have completed the letter apart from the final request for an autograph. I'm not sure how to word it so that it doesn't seem rude or desperate or... etc. so I was wondering what you guys usually say? Thanks for your help :)
