Hi There,

I have tried this route and sometimes they don't reply but send out an autograph. They also might not reply or they will reply and ask you to send a SASE and give you the address to post it to.

Suppose it cannot harm to e mail the agencies if they have a contact e mail address on there site as some don't.

It does not cost anything either!!!

Hope this helps

Requests via email / SASE

by echoamaru » Thu Apr 15, 2010 12:53 pm

Hi everyone!

I've noticed that some users are successfully receiving autographs after having made email requests. I'm based in the UK and a number of persons I'm interested in writing to live in the USA - can anyone give me an indication of whether there is much of a precendent in celebrities sending autographs internationally as a result of email requests? I'm just curious, as other topics stress the importance of sending SASEs (which, obviously, would not be possible via email! :D )

I guess a middle-way would be to email and politely enquire as to whether an SASE would be preferred/required?

Can anyone comment on their experiences?

Much appreciated!
