secs- autographs signed by someone other than the celebtrity ie their Secretary

per print - is just a printed autograph not hand signed.

some people collect these others deem them as a waste of time.

Great Site you have here. I've collected autographs in person for awhile now but have never sent away for one.

What are these Secs and PP you talk about getting that are useless?
