I send out a lot of requests and usually package all of mine the same way. I use a 10x13 brown envelope for the outside. Inside it, I put a 9x12 SASE along with my letter, index cards and a thin piece of cardboard to keep it from bending. It seems to work out very well but I was just curious as to how other collectors may package theirs…for mailing. Do you send your LORs inside regular business-size envelopes, 9x12 envelopes, photo mailers, etc. Do you put on any special notes or markings to make it “stand out from the rest?†I’m sure it doesn’t affect the returns you get but I was just wondering how creative collectors can be when it comes to trying to get that “special autograph†we seek. Thanks!
